Parliamentarian Lucy Anderson, Esq., PRP, CP-T
She is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian, (PRP), the highest credential awarded by the National Association of Parliamentarians; and a Certified Parliamentarian-Teacher, (CP-T), credential awarded by the American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP).
Lucy specializes in teaching parliamentary procedure to groups and to individuals preparing to preside at meetings. In addition to teaching, she serves her clients in the capacity of parliamentarian, meeting presider, and as a consultant on bylaws. She provides professional parliamentary opinions to organizations which need a professional’s analysis of complex issues. Lucy is a member of the authorship team for the upcoming 2nd edition of American Institute of Parliamentarians Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure.
She is an attorney and a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar College.
